Unify Frontend App (#11287)

Summary of changes:
* `gui2` and `dashboard` are merged to `gui` directory. Various configs were merged (package.json, playwrigth, TS...). The src and e2e directories are split to `dashboard` and `project-view` for now.
* E2E tests run two servers on different ports. The tests are organized in projects. This is also to be changed soon, as we plan to [use better mocking in GUI/ProjectView](#9726)
* ESlint configs were merged to central `eslint.config.mjs`, and that file was moved to repository root. We kept the dashboard lints, but they can be relaxed. The dashboard code was changed to meet GUI lints.
* Also, the versions of linter plugins were bumped, and code fixed.
* The ide-desktop/client no longer has `dashboard` dependency - the only type used there was moved to common package.
* `common` package moved to `app`.

Make conversion of double to BigDecimal exact (#9740)
Resolves #9607 by computing `Number.hash` by converting given number to `Float` first and then computing the hash. Also the conversion from `Float.to Decimal` is exact - done via `new BigDecimal(double)`. There is `Decimal.new` that handles the user-friendly conversion. However as a result `Decimal.from 2.1 != Decimal.new 2.1` - that's the only way to ensure consistency between hash code and conversions.

cleanup GUI entrypoints and mocking (#9403)
This is a set of split off changes made as a side effect while working on engine reconnection handling.

Cleaned up GUI e2e setup, unified as much of the entrypoint code as possible. Currently the only real difference between the real and testing entrypoint is mocking of all network calls and not loading through dashboard.

I've managed to completely get rid of `MockApp`, and remove tricky mocking of pinia stores.

Add workaround for huge idmap diffs (#9207)
Fixes probably #9198 See [this comment](https://github.com/enso-org/enso/issues/9198#issuecomment-1968484269) for justification. TLDR: the diff algorithm is too slow for our huge idmap.

The proper fix would be to reduce idmap size. Expect tasks for that soon.

Execute and debug .enso files with bin/enso in VSCode (#8923)
Let's _untie_ the [VSCode Enso extension](https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=Enso.enso4vscode) from `sbt` commands. Let's **open any Enso file in the editor** and then use _F5_ or _Ctrl-F5_ to execute it. Let the user choose which `bin/enso` script to use for execution completely skipping the need for `sbt`.

New GUI/IDE build script support (#7832)
This PR adds support for the new Vue-based GUI (aka `gui2`).

The user-facing changes are primarily:
* support for `./run gui2` and `./run ide2` commands (that build just the new GUI and the whole IDE package with new GUI embedded — respectively);
* the top-level `test` and `lint` commands will now invoke the relevant commands on the new GUI

[Gui2] Opening projects and language server connection (#7813)
# Important Notes
- Binary LS endpoint is not yet handled.
- The parsing of provided source is not entirely correct, as each line (including imports) is treated as node. The usage of actual enso AST for nodes is not yet implemented.
- Modifications to the graph state are not yet synchronized back to the language server.
