Implement new node naming (#9964)
- Closes #9829
- Name is selected from the type of the first suggestion applied in the component browser
- If no suggestion is selected, we try to infer the name from the AST
- If both fail, we revert to the `operator` name
- Adding unique number suffixes in sequential order, reusing them as soon as they become available.

# Important Notes
- Search through available identifiers is linear, which potentially can cause problems in huge projects.
- I made changes to the `ReactiveIndex` implementation to fix the behavior of `identifierUsed()` and `allIdentifiers()` which were not working correctly.

Documentation editor (#9910)
#### New documentation panel:
- Shows documentation of currently-entered method.
- Open/close with Ctrl+D or the extended menu.
- Renders markdown; supports WYSIWYG editing.
- Formatting can be added by typing the same markdown special characters that will appear in the source code, e.g.:
- `# Heading`
- `## Subheading`
- `*emphasis*`
- Panel left edge can be dragged to resize similarly to visualization container.

Closes #9786.

# Important Notes
New APIs:
- `DocumentationEditor` component: Lazily-loads and instantiates the implementation component (`MilkdownEditor`).
- `AstDocumentation` component: Connects a `DocumentationEditor` to the documentation of an `Ast` node.
- `ResizeHandles` component: Supports reuse of the resize handles used by the visualization container.
- `graphStore.undoManager`: Facade for the Y.UndoManager in the project store.

Improve dropdown arrows placement (#9909)

Hilariously tricky thing to implement. Besides placing arrows below constructor names, we also position them under values in argument placeholders.

We also added a new feature to the widget tree: the `allowAsLeaf` property. See provided documentation.

Refactor drag handlers (#9874)
Fixes #9780

Before all drag handlers set pointer capture on their `currentTarget`, preventing click events on the actual click target, and to prevent that we stopped `pointerdown` (and more) on every "panel-like" element. Now it's ok to stop only actually handled events.

Navigator and selection handlers just ignore `pointerdown` events not targeted to actual Graph Editor background.

Node dragging is more complex, as we want to allow dragging the node by grabbing just any of its part (including widgets). So the handler takes pointer capture from widget only after a significant move (long enough in time _or_ space). **This allows user to drag nodes by many interactive widgets (before they stopped `pointerdown` disabling node drag).

Custom Windows Installer & Uninstaller (#9815)
This PR introduces a new installer and uninstaller for the Windows platform.

Both are written in Rust and compiled to a single executable. The executable has no dependencies (other than what is included in the Windows), links the C++ runtime statically if needed.

The change is motivated by numerous issues with with the `electron-builder`-generated installers. The new installer should behave better, not have issues with long paths and unblock the `electron-builder` upgrade (which will significantly simplify the workflow definitions).

To build an installer, one needs to provide the unpacked application (generated by `electron-builder`) and the `electron-builder` configuration (with a few minor extensions). Code signing is also supported.

Enhanced visualization resizing (#9837)
Fixes #9702

* Added a resizer on the left side
* The resizers were moved a bit, and their position is now configurable by CSS vars: --visualization-resize-handle-inside and --visualization-resize-handle-outside of `:root` (see screencast below)

[Screencast from 2024-05-02 11-51-17.webm](https://github.com/enso-org/enso/assets/3919101/d58a0970-6994-4ac6-a55e-d77bccc6dac5)

# Important Notes
* The way I decide how to update the node position when resizing left side is a bit hacky, but I cannot think about any other way of handling minimum node's width. That unfortunately makes the right side tremble a bit when resizing the left side.
* I went against the task description regarding the resizers sizes: put 3px inside instead of 16px, because the latter made using scrollbars impossible.

- Fix issue with selection. To reproduce on develop:
- Begin editing an asset's name
- Drag to select text in the input
- Continue dragging *past* the bounds of the input.
- Release mouse
- Observe that the selection collapses into a mouse cursor.
- (Note: this behavior should no longer happen on this branch, only on develop).

Automatic reconnect with Language Server. (#9691)
Fixes #8520

If the websocket is closed not by us, we automatically try to reconnect with it, and initialize the protocol again. **Restoring state (execution contexts, attached visualizations) is not part of this PR**.

It's a part of making IDE work after hibernation (or LS crash).

# Important Notes
It required somewhat heavy refactoring:
1. I decided to use an existing implementation of reconnecting websocket. Replaced (later discovered by me) our implementation.
2. The LanguageServer class now handles both reconnecting and re-initializing - that make usage of it simpler (no more `Promise<LanguageServer>` - each method will just wait for (re)connection and initialization.
3. The stuff in `net` src's module was partially moved to shared's counterpart (with tests). Merged `exponentialBackoff` implementations, which also brought me to
4. Rewriting LS client, so it returns Result instead of throwing, what is closer our desired state, and allows us using exponentialBackoff method without any wrappers.

Implement special handling of subapplications when collecting MethodCallInfo (#9677)
Fixes on of the issues in #9354

Stale method call info for inner sub-application was causing additional argument placeholders on the node for certain expressions. Now it is fixed:
1. We only create function widget for the most top-level expression in the prefix application chain.
2. We reuse method call info from inner expressions, assuming it will be always correct for our purposes.

- Close https://github.com/enso-org/cloud-v2/issues/1161

# Important Notes

Note that this is inconsistent with the rest of the backend's terminology which calls Data Links `connector`s, so the parameter name might want to be changed.

https://github.com/enso-org/enso/assets/1047859/bcc7fa02-847f-4cd0-b9fc-3186a97c5816

All widget-edit interactions that are active when a component is to be unmounted save state and are suspended. When a new component defining a `WidgetEditHandler` is instantiated, if the component is found to be equivalent to a component that was suspended, and no other interaction has been initiated in the interim, the interaction is restarted using the suspended state.

# Important Notes
- Fix a bug caused by a variable tracking an interaction's active state getting out of sync with the interaction. `WidgetEditHandler` now provides a reactive `active` property; using it is simpler and avoids this type of bug in the future.
- Fix a flickering bug that sometimes made it hard to open dropdowns by clicking the arrow.

This PR adds the ability to restore user account after deletion(So called soft-deletion)

<details><summary>Demo Presentation</summary>
<p>

#### TODO: video

</p>
</details>

---

#### Context:
This PR closes enso-org/cloud-v2#863, and it's a frontend part of the issue.

#### This Change:
1) Change the texts in settings, clarifying that a user can restore his account in 14 days after deletion.
2) Adds a new page (`/restore-account`)
3) If the user logs into the soft-deleted account, the app navigates him to the restore page.
4) The user can't interact with the dashboard until he restores the account(If the user navigates to the dashboard, the app will redirect him back to the restore page)
5) On the restore page the user can click a "Restore" button to restore his account or log out.
6) If the user restores his account, the app navigates him to the dashboard.

#### Test Plan:
1. Try to delete the account and log back in, expect to see the restore page
2. Try to navigate to protected pages(dashboard, settings, etc)
3. Try to restore the account
4. Try to log out on the restore page
5. (ideally) try to restore the account after 14 days :)

QA notes:
- The GUI2 warning screen should not show up - the arguments that GUI2 do not understand have been removed.

- Via URL query parameters (electron, might need to open the electron app then the browser, *or* do `location.href = ` in DevTools in Electron.)
- By editing `Editor.tsx` to inject invalid args to the big configuration object we pass to the GUI entrypoint.

Keyboard navigation between components (#9499)
- Close https://github.com/enso-org/cloud-v2/issues/982
- Add keyboard navigation via arrows between different components
- This is achieved by a `Navigator2D` class which keeps track of the closest adjacent elements.

Other changes:
- Switch much of the codebase to use `react-aria-components`
- This *should* (but does not necessarily) give us improved accessibility for free.
- Refactor various common styles into styled components
- `FocusArea` to perform automatic registration with `Navigator2D`
- `Button` and `UnstyledButton` to let buttons participate in keyboard navigation
- `HorizontalMenuBar` - used for buttons below the titles in the Drive page, Keyboard Shortcuts settings page, and Members List settings page
- `SettingsPage` in the settings pages
- `SettingsSection` in the settings page to wrap around `FocusArea` and the heading for each section
- Add debugging utilities
- Add debugging when `body` has the `data-debug` attribute: `document.body.dataset.debug = ''`
- This adds rings around elements (all with different colors):
- That are `FocusArea`s. `FocusArea` is a wrapper component that makes an element participate in `Navigator2D`.
- That are `:focus`ed, and that are `:focus-visible`
- That are `.focus-child`. This is because keyboard navigation via arrows ***ignores*** all focusable elements that are not `.focus-child`.
- Debug `Navigator2D` neighbors when `body` has the `debug-navigator2d` attribute: `document.body.dataset.debugNavigator2d = ''`
- This highlights neighbors of the currently focused element. This is a separate debug option because computing neighbors is potentially quite expensive.

# Important Notes
- ⚠️ Modals and the authentication flow are not yet fully tested.
- Up+Down to navigate through suggestions has been disabled to improve UX when accidentally navigating upwards to the assets search bar.
- There are a number of *known* issues with keyboard navigation. For the most part it's because a proper solution will be quite difficult.
- Focus is lost when a column (from the extra columns selector) is toggled - because the button stops existing
- It's not possible to navigate to the icons on the assets table - so it's current not possible to *hide* columns via the keyboard
- Neighbors of the extra columns selector are not ideal (both when it is being navigated from, and when it is being navigated to)
- The suggestions in the `AssetSearchBar` aren't *quite* fully integrated with arrow keyboard navigation.
- This is *semi*-intentional. I think it makes a lot more sense to integrate them in, *however* it stays like this for now largely because I think pressing `ArrowUp` then `ArrowDown` from the assets table should return to the assets table
- Likewise for the assets table. The reason here, however, is because we want multi-select. While `react-aria-components` has lists which support multi-select, it doesn't allow programmatic focus control, making it not particularly ideal, as we want to focus the topmost element when navigating in from above.
- Clicking on the "New Folder" icon (and the like) do not focus on the newly created child. This one should be pretty easy to do, but I'm not sure whether it's the right thing to do.

impr(enso/cloud-v2#912): Add organization_id and user_id fields to SimpleUser (#9508)
- Updates the model types for the request/response bodies to match the backend.
  - Renames `CreatePermissionRequestBody::userSubjects` to match `CreatePermissionRequestBody::actorsIds` on the backend
  - Renames `UserInfo::organization_id` to camel case
  - Adds `UserInfo::userId` field to match the backend
  - Merges `SimpleUser` into `UserInfo`

Previously, `UserInfo`'s `OrganizationId` was serialized as `pk`. This
is not desired since `pk` is an implementation detail (relating to
DynamoDB). This commit renames the field to accurately reflect the type
of data it contains.

- Renames `User::id` to `User::organizationId`.

Previously, the user's organization ID was under the `id` field. As of
enso-cloud/cloud-v2#1098, this is no longer the case. The
`organizationId` field is no longer a user's primary identifier --
`userId` should be used for that purpose instead. So this field has been
renamed to `organizationId` to more clearly describe the purpose of the
field.

Affects the responses expected from the following endpoints:

- `PUT /users/me/picture`
- `PUT /users/me`
- `GET /users/me`
- `PUT /users/{userId}/usergroups`

- Adds `User::userId` field.

Previously, the user's organization ID was used to uniquely identify a
user. Now that multiple users can be invited to an organization, it is
no longer appropriate to use organization ID to uniquely refer to a
user. For this purpose, the backend has introduced the `userId` field.

Affects the responses expected from the following endpoints:

- `POST /users`
- `PUT /users/me/picture`
- `PUT /users/me`
- `GET /users/me`
- `PUT /users/{userId}/usergroups`

Removes the `user` param from `tryGetSingletonOwnerPermission`. This
param was previously required. It was required because a `userSubject`
was necessary to optimistically generate a `UserPermission`. With recent
refactors, a `userId` can be used in place of `userSubject` to generate
a `UserPermission`. The existing param `owner` provides the `userId`, so
the `user` param is redundant and can be removed.

- Removes `UserInfo` from the `FullUserSession`.

Previously, `UserInfo` in the `FullUserSession` was required to obtain a
`userSubject`. Now, `userSubject` has been deprecated in favour of
`userId`. `User` provides `userId`, and is present in the
`FullUserSession`. Thus, this commit removes `UserInfo` from the
`FullUserSession` since it is redundant.

- Renames `UserInfo` fields to `camelCase`

Previously, `UserInfo`'s fields were serialized as `snake_case`. This is
not desired since the convention for the frontend is to use `camelCase`
for field names where possible. This commit renames the fields to be
`camelCase`, now that the backend has been updated accordingly.

- Sorts by `userId` rather than `email`
- Compares by `userId` rather than `email`

- Extends `User` from `UserInfo`

After refactoring, `UserInfo` is now a subset of `User`. To remove
duplication, this commit modifies `User` to extend `UserInfo`.

Directory management on Local (Project Manager) backend (#9353)
- Implement https://github.com/enso-org/cloud-v2/issues/961
- Allow directory management on Local backend
- Setting a custom root directory is currently *out of scope* of this PR.
- Listing directories
- Deleting directories and files
- Adjust project-related APIs to accept parent directory path (as required by PM when not interacting with root directory)
- QoL improvements related to testing this PR
- New watch script (`npm run watch2`, `npm run watch:linux`) in `app/ide-desktop/lib/client/`) for testing IDE2 on Electron without having to build the entire app
- Adjustments to `gui2`'s `vite.config.ts` to allow React HMR when doing dev in Electron

# Important Notes
- Support for deleting files and folders uses the API introduced by #9359 - so it will not work until that PR is merged in.
- Support for uploading files uses the API specified by #9360 - so it will not work until that issue is closed.

Fix missing AWS region in S3 operations (#9546)
- Closes #9284
- Now our tests run without the default `AWS_` config, thus ensuring that the tested setups work in a clean environment.
- After all, more complicated logic was needed for buckets access - apparently the AWS SDK only allows for some operations on buckets to happen if the client is connected to the correct region. Thus detection of bucket regions had to be implemented.
- Added `AWS_Region` widget based on autoscoping.
- Fixed `AWS_Credential.profile_names` crashing if no AWS config was found. Now it returns no profiles if not found. Added a regression test.

Inject AG Grid and Mapbox keys through the CI from the GitHub organization variables (#9544)
This PR exposes two new variables added to GitHub organization.

# Important Notes
<details>
<summary>Dev builds issue</summary>
I have doubts about this approach, as this breaks Map visualization on developer builds:

![obraz](https://github.com/enso-org/enso/assets/1548407/29aa8e40-7481-4460-bdd4-c30d3ee76b6c)

It seems that Mapbox API cannot be used without the token — [the documentation](https://docs.mapbox.com/help/getting-started/access-tokens/) suggest so, and the https://api.mapbox.com/styles/v1/mapbox/light-v9?access_token=no-token yields quite obvious `{"message":"Not Authorized - Invalid Token"}`.

Still, the CI-produced packages have no issues.

# Important Notes
* This is PoC, so I didn't spend time on polishing the visuals; the design will likely change.
* I modified the shortcut handler a bit, allowing making multiple actions for same binding - the action's handler will be called in unspecified order, until one of them handle the event (i.e. not return false).
* To make it working regardless of imports, I needed to export AI module in Standard.Visualization. Moreover, needed to remove build_ai_prompt for Any, because it was causing issues - expect a bug report soon.

Move all user-facing text to a central location (#8831)
- Closes https://github.com/enso-org/cloud-v2/issues/861
- Adds a `getText` function and React Context to abstract away all text that is shown to users

The main immediate benefit is making all text much more discoverable - both being able to know of every piece of text used across the entire application, and making it a lot easier to refactor certain strings when needed rather than having to hunt for strings to replace (and potentially miss one).

The longer term benefit is that this will make it easy to add localization, by simply adding another JSON file with the same keys as the existing one, and adding a little bit of logic.

Bump Rust Toolchain (#9517)
This PR updates the Rust toolchain to recent nightly.

Most of the changes are related to fixing newly added warnings and adjusting the feature flags. Also the formatter changed its behavior slightly, causing some whitespace changes.

Other points:
* Changed debug level of the `buildscript` profile to `lint-tables-only` — this should improve the build times and space usage somewhat.
* Moved lint configuration to the worksppace `Cargo.toml` definition. Adjusted the formatter appropriately.
* Removed auto-generated IntelliJ run configurations, as they are not useful anymore.
* Added a few trivial stdlib nightly functions that were removed to our codebase.
* Bumped many dependencies but still not all:
* `clap` bump encountered https://github.com/clap-rs/clap/issues/5407 — for now the warnings were silenced by the lint config.
* `octocrab` — our forked diverged to far with the original, needs more refactoring.
* `derivative` — is unmaintained and has no updated version, despite introducing warnings in the generated code. There is no direct replacement.

Implement refreshing the Cloud token in Enso libraries (#9390)
- Closes #9300
- Now the Enso libraries are themselves capable of refreshing the access token, thus there is no more problems if the token expires during a long running workflow.
- Adds `get_optional_field` sibling to `get_required_field` for more unified parsing of JSON responses from the Cloud.
- Adds `expected_type` that checks the type of extracted fields. This way, if the response is malformed we get a nice Enso Cloud error telling us what is wrong with the payload instead of a `Type_Error` later down the line.
- Fixes `Test.expect_panic_with` to actually catch only panics. Before it used to also handle dataflow errors - but these have `.should_fail_with` instead. We should distinguish these scenarios.

Remove ensogl-pack (#9407)
This PR removes enso-pack (ensogl-pack) crate.
It still keeps the `enso-runner` JS package, as it is used for CLI argument parser and logger. The runner should be probably refactored (and possible removed altogether).

I've temporarily extracted the `enso-runner` to `lib/js` directory, as I wanted to avoid keeping pure JS library under `lib/rust`. Fix e2e tests on Mac (#9401)
Some e2e tests (about leaving nodes) were always failing on my machine because of the race condition in the tests. The issue was caused by edges positions lagging behind for a few frames when switching Enso functions, which caused incorrect handling of clicks in the test code.

Now we wait for edges being initialized *and* node sizes being updated.

Thanks to @farmaazon for helping with debugging.

Refactor CSS; address some design issues (#9260)
- Implement https://github.com/enso-org/cloud-v2/issues/924
- Refactor all numbers out to CSS variables
- Implement some issues raised in the design meeting
- The columns selector now only contains *hidden* columns, rather than all of them.
- Unified opacity for active (100%), selectable and hovered (75%), selectable (50%) and disabled (30%)
- Easily configurable if we want to change it in the future, so the specific values don't matter too much for now.
- Always show asset right panel if it is enabled - display placeholder text if <1 or >1 asset is selected
- Hide docs icon that was in the top right assets menubar (next to the gear icon for asset settings) (as backend functionality has yet to be implemented)
- Clicking a user in the "Shared with" column now adds them to the search as `owner:<username>`
- Add a gap between adjacent rows. This makes each row more visually distinct when many rows are selected
- Center the left column (the first column) of the context menu below the mouse, rather than centering the entire context menu.
- Fix regressions caused by CSS refactor
- Make keyboard selection indicator for asset rows rounded again
- Other misc. fixes and improvements
- Slightly modified styling of chat reaction bar
- Hide the row containing the "New Project" button in the cloud drive, when not in the "Home" drive tab
- Animate rotation of column sort arrow when clicking on a column to change the sort order
- Consistent duration of arrow rotation animation for folder arrows, column sort arrows, chat thread list arrows
- Consistent icon for sort arrow for folders and the chat thread list
- Minor adjustment of styles for optional properties in the Data Link input

Not included in this PR:
- Custom (HTML) scrollbars for consistency across all browsers and all OSes (except perhaps touchscreens)
- Potentially time-consuming to look for a library (and not quite trivial to implement ourselves)
- Columns sliding left as they expand and right as they collapse
- Also non-trivial, especially when taking into account horizontal scrolling.
- Fixing styles to closer resemble Figma design
- As (kinda) mentioned in the meeting - ideally it should be pixel perfect, *but* value consistency with other spacings, opacities etc. over being 100% pixel-perfect
- However, it has *partly* been done - mostly for the home page. It's entirely possible that changes made afterwards broke the spacing again though.

Fix AST spacing (#9366)
Fixes #9357

The main issue was the spread operator using at the wrong place in functions overriding spacing of nodes. The bug, to be visible, required copying AST node before, because during copying `whitespace` field was explicitly set to undefined (in opposite to being unset), what in turns make spread overriding the value set by those functions.

Zoom steps (#9327)
When zooming with Ctrl+wheel, used fixed-factor steps instead of scroll wheel rate information.

Fixes #9177.

Important Notes
  - Wheel events are distinguished from trackpad gestures, so that OS X pinch-zoom still works nicely.
  - When zooming with the mouse wheel, scale factor is rounded (geometrically) to the nearest power of √2, and then stepped up or down by the same factor; this ensures that round values like 100% are never skipped over.
  - Added directed-clamping logic, so that if the zoom is moved outside the clamping range of a zoom-method, it can be stepped back into range without jumping.

Visualizations fixes follow-up (#9252)
Addressing review suggestions from #9130

- Removing `N` binding
- Removing duplicated `Toggle fullscreen vis` binding

A few important differences from the suggested implementation:
1. There is no easy way to implement `nextType` on GraphEditor – we simply don’t have the required API
2. The keydown handler in `GraphVisualization` must be defined on window level still, otherwise it won’t get keydown events unless visualization is focused, and thus `nextType` won’t work because of (1)

No visual changes to the IDE.

- Fitting the input area is highest-priority.
- If possible, the whole component panel area will be fit.
- If possible, the visualization preview will be fit.
- If there's extra room, margins will be included; the top and left are prioritized because those margins prevent overlap with fixed UI elements.

Vue dependency update, better selection performance, visible quotes in text inputs (#9204)
- Improved performance by batching simulatenous node edits, including metadata updates when dragging many selected nodes together.
- Updated Vue to new version, allowing us to use `defineModel`.
- Fixed #9161
- Unified all handling of auto-blur by making `useAutoBlur` cheap to register - all logic goes through a single window event handler.
- Combined all `ResizeObserver`s into one.
- Fixed the behaviour of repeated toast messages. Now only the latest compilation status is visible at any given time, and the errors disappear once compilation passes.
- Actually fixed broken interaction of node and visualization widths. There no longer is a style feedback loop and the visible node backdrop width no longer jumps or randomly fails to update.

- Allow matching initials of aliases
- Allow matching spaces instead of underscores (aliases use spaces, not underscores)
- Fix only the first alias being detected. This is due to incorrect docs parsing keeping the leading space - `foo, bar` turns into `["foo", " bar"]`

Re-enable vibrancy and add support for Linux (#9003)
- Fixes support for vibrancy

- Enable vibrancy on Linux if a special environment variable is set

# Important Notes
- MUST be tested on macOS
- Windows *does not support resizing* when vibrancy is enabled. This is a limitation of Windows - see [this issue](https://github.com/electron/electron/issues/6107).

Improve mouse and keyboard UX (#9100)
- Close https://github.com/enso-org/cloud-v2/issues/914
- Add selection brush for selecting multiple assets using mouse
- Port selection brush over from GUI2
- Support <kbd>Ctrl</kbd>-select to select multiple ranges
- Add various actions when *exactly one* asset is selected:
- <kbd>Enter</kbd> for various assets to trigger their double-click actions
- Projects are opened
- Directories are toggled open/closed
- Secrets show the "upsert secret modal"
- <kbd>ArrowLeft</kbd> now collapses the selected folder
- <kbd>ArrowRight</kbd> now expands the selected folder
- <kbd>ArrowUp</kbd> and <kbd>ArrowDown</kbd> change the selected asset to the previous/next asset
- The newly selected asset (technically: any asset that is the only selected asset, whether this is a result of a drag, mouse click, or keypress) is automatically smoothly scrolled to.
- Improvements to the search bar
- <kbd>Escape</kbd> cancels tabbing through suggestions (and discards the selected suggestion)
- <kbd>ArrowUp</kbd> and <kbd>ArrowDown</kbd> behave like <kbd>Shift</kbd>+<kbd>Tab</kbd> and <kbd>Tab</kbd> to move to the previous/next suggestion respectively
- <kbd>Shift</kbd>+<kbd>ArrowUp</kbd> and <kbd>Shift</kbd>+<kbd>ArrowDown</kbd> to select multiple assets using the keyboard
- <kbd>Ctrl</kbd>+<kbd>Space</kbd> to toggle assets using the keyboard
- <kbd>Escape</kbd> to deselect all assets
- Add CSS-only focus ring to highlight most recently selected item, but only when navigating via keyboard
- Enter and double-click to temporarily open the sidebar to edit a Data Link

Optional features that have not yet been implemented:
- Move the "update secret" modal to the sidebar as well

- Fix https://github.com/enso-org/cloud-v2/issues/908
- Use the `download` module that already exists to download the app...
- Add correct arrow icon for collapsing/expanding folders
- Turns out this icon had always existed, and I just didn't see it for the longest time
- Hide irrelevant parts of search bar on Local Backend
- The row of labels
- `no:`, `has:`, `label:`, `-label:`, `description:`, `-description:` (and their corresponding autocomplete entries)
- Also change text to say "Type to search for projects." because the other asset types mentioned do not (and will never) exist on the Local Backend.
- Fix search bar eating up `"` and ` ` keypresses
- Fix icons for Data Links and Secrets being swapped in `AssetIcon`

Adds the `message` returned by the backend to the toast notification, so that the user gets a more detailed error message.

Fix interfering click handlers (#9127)
Fixes one failure in #8942 which caught a real issue: clicks at various panels were triggering many handlers at once, often unexpectedly - for example quick clicking at breadcrumbs (and automatic tests always click fast) we could also trigger getting out the current node.

Therefore, I added `stopPropagation` for all mouse events on "panel" level + where I think the event should be considered "handled" and no longer bother anyone. Also, to unify things, most actions are for `click` event.

Additionally I spotted and fixed some issues:
* When "clicking-off" Component Browser, it creates new node only if anything was actually typed in (no more dangling `operatorX.` nodes)
* Filtering now works for operators
* When, after opening CB with source node, user starts typing operator, we replace dot with space
* Fixed our shortcut handler, so it works properly with `click` event.
* Fixed problems with defocusing input in CB when clicking at links.

# Important Notes
I removed `PointerMain` binding for deselectAll, because it was triggered every time did the area selection.

Fix bug in map visualization (#9119)
- Fix a bug where longitude was used as both latitude and longitude, due to a typo....

# Important Notes
- As our Mapbox token is no longer valid, the map visualization no longer works, even with this fix. As a result, this cannot be tested properly.
- However, this can still be tested somewhat, by seeing that the error is no longer present in the repro:
- Open the `Colorado COVID` template
- Open the viz on this node (at the bottom right of graph. it may help to zoom out using Ctrl+Shift+A.):
![image](https://github.com/enso-org/enso/assets/4046547/54849e5f-8a53-4f5b-8bdf-f08fe8ca51f0)
- Compare the errors logged in the console between `develop`, and this branch. This branch should not have the error about `lat` (latitude) being out of range.

Properly propagate dynamic configuration inside dropdown widget (#8983)
Closes #8932

Now we use a bit more robust mechanism for passing dynamic configuration down the widget tree inside dropdowns, no longer relying on the `label`s used for dropdown items.

Curiously, we still need to use a hotfix implemented earlier, as we won’t have info about the currently selected item otherwise. Highlight for the currently selected item is not crucial as proper dynamic config, so we can leave with the current solution in the meantime.

No visual changes to the IDE, apart from fixed highlight for currently selected item.

# Important Notes
- All UI is currently generated based off of a single-source-of-truth JSON Schema file.
- JSON Schema was chosen for a few reasons:
- trivial to parse (it's plain JSON)
- sufficiently powerful (supports unions (used in the initial schema), objects, and singleton/literal types)
- but still quite simple (this makes it easier to implement various utilities for, because there are fewer cases to cover)
- Note that it is definitely possible to change this. The original suggestion was a TypeScript file, which can definitely be done even using just the `typescript` package itself - I just prefer to avoid adding another step in the build process, especially one that depends on the `typescript` package at runtime.
- Note also that we *do* actually bundle transpilers as part of the visualization loading code in GUI2 - so for now at least, the size of the dependency isn't a primary concern, but rather just the mental overhead of having another dependency for this one specific task.

Make (almost) all interfaces readonly (#8800)
This is not strictly necessary (as indicated by the fact that no actual logic needed to be changed), but it doesn't hurt to make this change.
- Make (almost) all `interface`s `readonly`
- Some of them are *not* readonly; this is intentional as those *do* need to be mutated
- A `no-restricted-syntax` lint rule has been added, but only for `interfaces` - it has been added neither for `classes` nor for `readonly T[]`
- A lint rule for `extends React.PropsWithChildren` instead of `extends Readonly<React.PropsWithChildren>` would be easy to add though...

Introduce SourceDocument for text edit support (#8957)
Introduce `SourceDocument`, a reactive source code representation that can be synced from a `MutableModule`. `SourceDocument` replaces various logic for tracking source code and spans--most importantly, `ReactiveModule`. There is no longer any reactively-tracked `Module`, per-se: Changes to the `MutableModule` attached to the synchronized `ydoc` are pushed as Y.Js events to the `SourceDocument` and `GraphDb`, which are reactively tracked. This avoids a problem in the upcoming text-synchronization (next PR) that was caused by a reactive back channel bypassing the `GraphDb` and resulting in observation of inconsistent states.

Fix dangling node connection (#8902)
Fixes #8871

The issue was caused by invalid port registration. Because of the existing context switch expression (which is not visible in GUI), the port incorrectly considered itself to belong to another node. This happened because the port was only aware of the visible part of the node’s AST and considered it the whole node.

There are two fixes in this PR. Either of them fixes the issue, and they are both implemented for robustness:
1. We provide `nodeId` information to the widget tree, so it no longer assumes the node ID from AST.
2. The order of checks in `getPortNodeId` is swapped. Now we first search by AST, only then try to look up the port. It makes sense to me because the AST is a single root of truth, and we should only rely on registered ports if AST does not exist (which happens for unconnected ports).

Syntactic synchronization, automatic parentheses, metadata in Ast (#8893)
- Synchronize Y.Js clients by AST (implements #8237).
- Before committing an edit, insert any parentheses-nodes needed for the concrete syntax to reflect tree structure (fixes #8884).
- Move `externalId` and all node metadata into a Y.Map owned by each `Ast`. This allows including metadata changes in an edit, enables Y.Js merging of changes to different metadata fields, and will enable the use of Y.Js objects in metadata. (Implements #8804.)

### Important Notes

- Metadata is now set and retrieved through accessors on the `Ast` objects.
- Since some metadata edits need to take effect in real time (e.g. node dragging), new lower-overhead APIs (`commitDirect`, `skipTreeRepair`) are provided for careful use in certain cases.
- The client is now bundled as ESM.
- The build script cleans up git-untracked generated files in an outdated location, which fixes lint errors related to `src/generated` that may occur when switching branches.

More E2E tests; export default classes from modules (#8730)
This is a prerequisite for adding a CI action for E2E tests.

- Fix E2E tests
- Remove visual regression testing (VRT) and associated fixtures (screenshots) for now
- Switch dashboard almost fully to Vite, from ESBuild, to match GUI2's build tooling.
- Add some new E2E tests:
- Creating assets
- Deleting assets
- Creating assets from the samples on the home page
- Sort assets
- Includes fixes for sorting:
- Group sorted assets by type again (regression) (see https://github.com/enso-org/cloud-v2/issues/554)
- Make sorting by title, case insensitive. This is because it is more intuitive for non-programmers if all items with uppercase names *aren't* separated from those with lowercase names - especially since the Windows FS is case-insensitive.
- Normalization of Unicode letters is *not* currently being done. It can potentially be added later.
- Double-clicking *anywhere* on a directory row now expands it. Previously it was only being expanded when double clicking
- Add recursive label adding/removal to mirror backend
- Note: The current implementation is not exactly the same as the backend's implementation.
- Fix https://github.com/enso-org/cloud-v2/issues/872
- Unset "saved project details" (for opening the last open project) if fetching it produces an error.

# Important Notes
- All tests pass. (run `npm run test:e2e` in `app/ide-desktop/lib/dashboard`)

- `npm run build` now uses `vite build`. This has been tested using a local HTTP server that supports `404.html`.
- Other cases have been tested:
- `npm run test:e2e` works (all tests pass)
- `./run ide build` works

Text input widget (#8873)
Closes #8823

https://github.com/enso-org/enso/assets/6566674/966576ec-6507-401c-98d3-bd71c2ffc6b2

Adds a basic text widget for text literals.

### Important Notes

Several known restrictions:
- Separators would always be replaced with single quotation marks. All types of separators in Enso are supported though, and they would be correctly escaped if needed.
- Logic for widget selection probably needs refinement (works for text literals and `Text` types, but does not work for `Text | Integer`, for example)
- **(!)** There is a very annoying issue when the input field suddenly loses focus, closing the editing mode and discarding any changes. Debugging shows that it happens when we receive an engine update (and probably recreate the node component/widget tree (???)). It requires a separate investigation.

- The numeric widget allows the use of the input field after clicking with LMB
- Slider is only visible if the engine provides widget configuration with set limits (see below for testing)
- Setting value outside limits is possible
- For now, to distinguish drag from click, we compare relative mouse movement on the mouse up event. We might benefit from using a timer instead, but let’s see how good it is now.

Refactor for YJs AST (#8840)
Some refactoring separated from #8825 for easier review.

# Important Notes
**ID types**

The new *synchronization IDs* will replace `ExprId` for `Ast` references in frontend logic. `ExprId` (now called `ExternalId`) is now used only for module serialization and engine communication. The graph database will maintain an index that is used to translate at the boundaries. For now, this translation is implemented as a type cast, as the IDs have the same values until the next PR.

- `AstId`: Identifies an `Ast` node.
- `NodeId`: A subtype of `AstId`.
- `ExternalId`: UUID used for serialization and engine communication.

**Other changes**:

- Immediate validation of `Owned` usage.
- Eliminate `Ast.RawCode`.
- Prepare to remove `IdMap` from yjsModel.

Fix addRequiredImport so it is not fooled by existing module changes (#8813)
A follow-up of [this comment](https://github.com/enso-org/enso/pull/8740#discussion_r1452282468)

`addRequiredImport` now reads the existing import from the edit instead of taking them from the current module. This way, it will consider any imports added so far as part of this edit.

Update uploaded files (#8797)
- Close https://github.com/enso-org/cloud-v2/issues/856
- Implement upload for existing files
- This is triggered by uploading a file with the same name.
- Add a modal that allows the user to select whether to rename or update the file, for each conflicting file

# Important Notes
- There are a *lot* of buttons in the modal. Any ideas on how to make this screen clearer/simpler/easier to understand would be greatly appreciated.
- There are currently a few minor backend issues preventing all functionality from fully working:
- Projects currently cannot be updated due to a bug
- Neither files nor projects can be uploaded if their name contains `()` - e.g. `foo (2).txt`

# Important Notes
- This commit *will* need to be added to [`.git-blame-ignore-revs`](https://github.com/enso-org/enso/blob/develop/.git-blame-ignore-revs) *after* it is merged.
- This shouldn't need any particular QA (although QA doesn't hurt), as the only thing that was done is a `npx prettier -w .`, meaning that there should be zero logic changes.

Prevent dragging rows when editing, and when on local backend (#8747)
- Fix https://github.com/enso-org/cloud-v2/issues/848
- Disables dragging rows when a row is being edited
- Also disables dragging rows on the local backend, as folders are not yet supported there
- Fix other issues found (not sure if they were introduced by this PR):
- Cut (Cmd+X) does not fade out assets
- Cancelling editing names actually still renames the asset
- Cut/Copy/Paste/Undo shortcuts when renaming *also* trigger "copy assets" (etc.) shortcuts
- Apply suggested QoL improvement:
- Disallow renaming an asset to a blank name (a name consisting only of whitespace). Current (new) behavior is to silently revert the asset name to its original name.

Related to https://github.com/enso-org/enso/issues/8518

These tests already caught one regression in nav breadcrumbs: https://github.com/enso-org/enso/issues/8756

It also provides API for mocking expression updates for arbitrary nodes on the screen. The implementation is a bit convoluted and includes setting a callback on `window`, but it looks like the only possible solution given our architecture and playwright restrictions.

Set of GUI2 widgets fixes (#8749)
Implements first two points of #8745

1. The fix for drop-down was simple, just stop click propagation
2. The fix for connections was much more complicated. It turned out, that it's about keeping track of hovered ports; when picking an option in WidgetSelection makes the drop-down disappear - but that won't emit `pointerleave` event, so the port was still deemed hovered. Changed the mechanism for tracking hovered port to more "centralized" one.

- Use `rootDirectoryId` returned by backend instead of mirroring backend behavior to generate the root directory ID
- To test this, move/copy an asset *to* the root directory.
- Move the right side of the top bar back to the right edge in editor view (oops)
- To test this one just open any project and make sure the top bar doesn't look funny.
- Delete the barrel export of `#/hooks` in the dashboard (left over due to an oversight when removing the other barrel exports)
- Should not need to be tested; all imports have simply been moved to point to the actual declaring file. As such, as long as the code still typechecks, it should be working fine.
- Delete a duplicated (unused) file caused by a bad merge.

Widget refactoring & show widget in placeholders (#8687)
[Screencast from 2024-01-05 12-18-55.webm](https://github.com/enso-org/enso/assets/3919101/f083512f-f698-42d1-b43a-4e50546b958a)

* Before most widgets didn't show in placeholders, because the argument name widget did not create further widgets. Now it try in more cases, and ignores the problem if no widget is found.
* WidgetInput is no longer a set of classes - instead it contains a set of common fields, and every widget can just extend it with new fields. Adjusted priorities accordingly.
* Updated widget definitions: they better try to match types, and take care about default values.

# Important Notes
Setting value on placeholder breaks widgets. The issue is also present in develop (when connecting to placeholder). To restore node, you have to reopen the project.

Smart search (#8554)
- Closes https://github.com/enso-org/cloud-v2/issues/782
- `owner:` to do exact matches against owner username
- `label:` (already existed)
- `name:` to do exact matches against asset name (exact match; case insensitive; the glob character `*` matches 0 or more characters)
- negated searches (`-owner:`, `-label:`, `-:` for negating keywords)
- Related changes that were not explicitly requested:
- add `no:`, `-no:`, `has:` and `-has:` to filter for assets that lack a specific field. Currently this only works for labels, because most (if not all) other fields cannot be empty.
- `label:a,b,c` to OR results together. `label:a label:b` ANDs results as usual.
- shift-click labels to add/remove it to the last search term as an OR
- clicking labels now cycles them from: absent -> present (positive) -> present (negative)
- Unrelated changes
- Switches unit tests to use `vitest`

# Important Notes

Refactor widgets to handle dynamic config in input (#8624)
* Merged ArgumentAst and ArgumentPlaceholder into single class.
* Created `AnyWidget` input being a "general use" widget input. Most wigets try to match with it; the `Argument` input is now solely for WidgetArgument(Name) or those handling arguments in a specific way (like selector which want to show on arg name click).
* dynamic config is now part of widget input, and is properly propagated through vector editor/function widgets.

# Important Notes
The widgets still does not work perfectly:
* The chosen options often don't have argument placeholders - that's because we don't display them for constructors. Needs to be added on our side, or engine should send us methodCall info for constructors.
* There are issues with engine's messages sent to us. This makes widgets does not set up (so there is no drop-down, or vector adds `_` instead of default). I'm investigating them and going to fill issues.

Preparing for AST-based synchronization (#8625)
Further AST integration and API refinement before introducing the new synchronization mechanism.

closes #8609

# Important Notes
API changes:
- Renamed `Ast.parseExpression` / `Ast.parse` to better reflect their usage:
- `Ast.parse` returns a block or a single expression, depending on its input; this is convenient for expressions expected to be single-line.
- `Ast.parseBlock` always treats its input as a block; this is suitable for parsing a file.
- `astExtended` is no longer needed to access span information. `Ast.span` provides access to the value when appropriate (the project's committed modules have spans; uncommitted changes or other parsed expressions don't).
- `SourceRange` is now used everywhere in place of `ContentRange`--the two types had the same definition.

Features:
- Fix CodeEditor viewing.

Implementation improvements:
- Updated widget update handlers (#8545) implementation to Ast API.
- Integrated `imports` more thoroughly with new AST APIs.
- More tests.

- Fixing ComponentBrowser demo scene.
- Minor fixes for mock database in demo scenes (removed duplicated entry, added an additional one for testing tags)

Dashboard improvements (#8449)
- Closes https://github.com/enso-org/cloud-v2/issues/799
- Pressing return in the label name input creates a label with a color defaulting the color used by the fewest number of tags
- Right click on a label brings up a context menu
- If you drag into a folder the folder should be expanded - this should work for all kinds of drag, including labels and assets
- ⚠️ Drag & drop in Mac likely still does not work - I currently cannot test on macOS
- Closes https://github.com/enso-org/cloud-v2/issues/800
- Hide likes and the views on homepage view
- Hide "New Project" (and other items that are not applicable) in context menu when on local backend
- Download context menu option implemented for local mode
- ⚠️ Copy not implemented as backend functionality does not yet exist.

Parse inline function signatures (#8470)
Implements #6166.

# Important Notes
- More consistent handling of `default` arguments. `default` is a valid identifier, and only has special meaning when it isn't bound in scope. Since distinguishing the builtin `default` from an identifier called `default` cannot be done until alias analysis has been performed, `default` is now represented in the AST as a regular identifier.
- `TreeToIr`: Remove `insideTypeAscription`. It was only used for bug-for-bug compatibility with the old parser during the transition.

* **The preview does not work yet due to engine issues**.
* The full screen preview does not work properly (it closes Component Browser). Will make a separate issue for that.
* The evaluated expression calls the visualization preprocessor in such a way it handles built-in visualizations properly, but not in general case. Will start discussion with engine how to fix that.

fix edge dragging and method argument assignment (#8388)
Fixed broken edge dragging and creating nodes from ports. Added basic support for multiple output ports, driven by already existing analysis of the port binding structure. Those constructs are not yet supported by the engine (hence the error in code), but the IDE has easier time already dealing with ports as individual binding expressions, not whole nodes.

<img width="865" alt="image" src="https://github.com/enso-org/enso/assets/919491/73126593-05c0-4553-ba6d-dad97d083c48">

Note that this may be useful for testing the dashboard, however the dashboard is currently only tested in cloud mode
- that is, without the backend switcher, and with only the remote backend available. As such, currently it uses HTTP API mocks, and no PM mock.
