James Dunkerley efcaebde3e Widget support for Data.fetch and Data.post. (#11199) 
- Add `pretty` for `Date` and `Time`.
- Add constructors for `JS_Object` and `Dictionary` to the component browser.
- Add widgets to `Dictionary` methods.
