Ilya Bogdanov 43b79e4569 Skip and Freeze macros in IDE (#3913) ... [Task link](https://www.pivotaltracker.com/story/show/180886630). This PR implements support for adding/removing skip and freeze macros on nodes by clicking on corresponding buttons.
