- Fixes support for vibrancy - Disable background when vibrancy is enabled - Minor refactors to pass the relevant config option to dashboard, so that the dashboard knows whether vibrancy is enabled - Enable vibrancy on Linux if a special environment variable is set # Important Notes - MUST be tested on macOS - Windows *does not support resizing* when vibrancy is enabled. This is a limitation of Windows - see [this issue](https://github.com/electron/electron/issues/6107).
