Fix precedence of -1.x (#5830) 
Fixes #5826.

# Important Notes
- Change frontend representation of negation.
- Fix a precedence issue: The `.` operators in -1.x and -1.2 must have different precedences.
- Remove a no-longer-needed special case from backend translation.
- Add tests for this case after all translations.
