Ilya Bogdanov 9e4dd9d708 Documentation display delay and hovered item preview caption (#4075) ... This PR adds a configurable delay before displaying documentation ([task](https://www.pivotaltracker.com/story/show/183970872)) and a "hovered item preview" caption on top of the panel when you hover some not-selected entry. ([task](https://www.pivotaltracker.com/story/show/183970838)).
