Reload of sbt used to fail on "Not a valid command: graalVMVersionCheck" This PR fixes this issue. # Important Notes Checked: - Manually running `reload` inside sbt shell - Temporarily setting a key in the current sbt shell with `set javaOptions += "foo"` and then `reload`.
