apply Facebook copyright headers to all Mercurial Python files Summary: Make sure all Python files under `mercurial/` have a consistent Facebook copyright header. In most cases a `Portions Copyright Facebook` notice has been prepended before the existing copyright notice in the file. For the few files that did not have an existing copyright notice I added a notice for `Matt Mackall and others`, similar to the existing notice in other files. Some files previously had a Facebook copyright notice, but have had other non-Facebook authors as well. In this case I changed the Facebook notice to `Portions Copyright Facebook` and added a `Matt Mackall and others` notice below. For a handful of files that were solely authored by Facebook employees I left only a Facebook copyright notice. eden: port the Eden hg extension to core Mercurial Summary: This ports the logic from `eden/hg/eden/` to `scm/hg/mercurial/`. Note this does not delete the logic from `eden/hg/eden` as part of this change because we may continue to do Eden releases before we roll out a version of Hg with this code. Only once Hg has been rolled out everywhere [that is using Eden] can we consider removing `/usr/local/fb-mercurial/eden/hgext3rd/eden`.
