Since 461b5218840e annotate follows copies/renames by default, but the output
of e.g. "annotate --follow --number" should not change without some
deprecation time.
Line numbers are separated from the last annotation element with a colon,
like with many other commands, e.g. (hg) grep or compiler errors.
