Summary:
Previously `hg server` uses `HGPORT` that might be in use. This patch uses
`-p 0 --port-file ...` so `hg server` always gets assigned a free port.
The change was first made by the following Ruby script:
```
re = /^ \$ hg serve(.*) -p \$(HGPORT[12]?) (.*[^\\])$\n \$/
Dir['*.t'].each do |path|
old = File.read(path)
new = old.lines.map do |l|
next l if l[/\(glob\)/] or not l['$HGPORT'] or l[/^ [$>]/]
"#{l.chomp} (glob)\n"
end.join.gsub re, <<-'EOS'.chomp
$ hg serve\1 -p 0 --port-file $TESTTMP/.port \3
$ \2=`cat $TESTTMP/.port`
$
EOS
File.write(path, new) if old != new
end
```
Then there are some manual changes:
run-tests.py: It now treats `$HGPORT` in output as glob pattern `*`, since
it does not know the assigned value in tests.
test-bookmarks-pushpull.t, test-https.t: Some `hg pull`s were changed to use
explicit paths instead of relying on `.hgrc` since the test restarts the
server and `.hg/hgrc` having an outdated URL.
test-schemes.t: The test writes `$HGPORT` to `.hgrc` before assigning it.
Changed the order so the correct `$HGPORT` is written.
test-patchbomb-tls.t: Changed `(?) (glob)` to `(glob) (?)`.

gitweb was missing the hint hover box. So that was added.
Also, the positioning of the form was absolute and it didn't
vertically align on all pages. The element has been moved inline
with the navigation links (which now are contained in a div) and
flexbox is used to obtain sane alignment of the navigation links
and search form. For those new to flexbox,
"justify-content: space-between" basically says to maximize space
elements. You can use it to easily get left and right justified
containers without having to worry about width, floating, etc.
"align-items: center" centers all items in a cross-axis. I've
literally wasted hours trying to figure out both these problems
before flexbox. Flexbox is amazing.
Flexbox has been supported by Chrome and Firefox for a few years.
But it is only supported by IE 11. I'm willing to wager that
people using this either won't be using IE or will be using IE 11.
So I'm willing to be a bit aggressive in adopting flexbox because
it makes CSS alignment so much easier.
This patch replaces hardcoded 127.0.0.1 with $LOCALIP in all tests.
Till now, the IPv6 series should make tests pass on common IPv6 systems
where the local device has the address "::1" and the hostname "localhost"
resolves to "::1".
Every other template has the "raw" link load "raw-file." However,
fileannotate.tmpl's "raw" link loads "raw-annotate." This feels
inconsistent and wrong.
As far as I can tell, linking to the "raw annotate" view has occurred
since 2006.
The link is embedded into a div with class="annotate-info" that only shows up
upon hover of the annotate column. To avoid duplicate hover-overs (this new
one and the one coming from link's title), drop "title" attribute from a
element and put it in the annotate-info element.
currently "subscribe to atom feed" link in file log page is as follows.
/atom-log/[revision]/[file]
This is invalid, because we could not get newer commit feed than [revision].
To fix this, atom-log feed url should be the following style.
atom-log/tip/[file]
In hgweb, some pages have a context of current revision; e.g. changelog and
shortlog show changesets starting from this current revision. However, some
gitweb templates were dropping current revision from some urls _to_ /graph page
and _on_ that page. This patch fixes it.
This is adapted from 635285e0a942, that was added to paper for 3.5 release.
It adds another way to refer to branches, tags and bookmarks in urls: by name.
It's still possible to navigate to a specific changeset hash, but now you can
get more descriptive urls straight from /summary page, for example.
branchentry template (and so the whole branches table on /summary and
/branches) lost the column that had a plain changeset hash, because tags and
bookmarks don't have this column and also because there is already a way to
address branch by its changeset hash (changeset link just next to it). Maybe we
can instead bring this column with a plain changeset hash to tags and
bookmarks, but this, more terse, new look feels fine.

Basically, coal style in hgweb is intended to be functionally equivalent (just
different in style) to paper, and does this by reusing almost all templates
from paper (except header.tmpl, where it specifies a different css file). Looks
like everybody forgot this and so many improvements to paper templates, that
should've also made it into coal, were often only half-done there (usually
thanks to template reuse). Let's fix this by bulk-copying missing things from
paper/map and style-paper.css to coal/map and style-coal.css.
There were many improvements to paper that didn't touch coal, and that makes it
hard to untangle the code and split this patch into many, but here are some of
the changes (paper-only), that now get into coal:
a9c9f5ef6abf - hgweb: color line which is linked to in file source view
1555d017cac7 - hgweb: highlight line which is linked to at annotate view
a46863946982 - hgweb: code selection without line numbers in file source view
636594df4244 - hgweb: add line wrapping switch to file source view
cc6bee069ce6 - hgweb: use css margin instead of empty <p> before diffstat table
It also fixes line anchor in annotateline template (#42 vs #l42).
Just to be consistent with log and shortlog links, graph links should have a
revision context too. And the same goes for the graph page, where it's log and
shortlog links that should have context.
It's sometimes handy to, say, have a url always point to branch head, not just
at the current branch head by node hash. Previously, this was only possible by
manually editing url and replacing node hash with branch/tag/bookmark name. It
wasn't very convenient, or easy - in case the name contained special
characters that needed to be urlencoded.
Let's have /branches, /tags and /bookmarks pages in paper and coal style
provide links both to symbolic revisions and to node hashes.
This feature was wished for in issue3594.
Unlike other styles, paper and coal had only one link to current revision: in
the sidebar. Since those links now use symbolic revisions after 4b263b99440b,
it's nice to have a link that allows going from /rev/tip to /rev/<tip hash>,
for instance. Let's make the node hash in the page header that new link.
Let's make paper (and coal, since it borrows so much from paper) templates use
symbolic revision in navigation links.
The majority of links (log, filelog, annotate, etc) still use node hashes.
Some pages don't have permanent links to current node hash (so it's not very
easy to go from /rev/tip to /rev/<tip hash>), this will be addressed in future
patches.

Let's make spartan templates use symbolic revision in navigation links.
The majority of links (log, filelog, annotate, etc) still use node hashes, and
many pages also have permanent link to current node hash (i.e. you can go from
/rev/tip to /rev/<tip hash> without manual url editing), so it's safe to
update navigation.
Right now the way revisions get specified in hgweb urls is ignored, i.e. after
revision is resolved, only its node hash (or sometimes local revision number)
is used for all links in the templates. So, basically, every page for "tip"
revision (or any other symbolic rev id) will dereference it: lose the nice
symbolic name by putting node hash/local rev number in its place. The only
exception so far is archive links on some pages: /archive/tip.{bz2,gz,zip}.
The fact that this dereferencing is neither convenient nor intuitive is
reflected in issue2296, issue2826 and issue3594. issue3634 also mentions this.
But to fix this it's first needed to demonstrate and test the way templates
currently form links.
The new test file is separate from other hgweb tests, since it seems big and
distinct enough. And it's so big because links are formed in each template
independently, so it's necessary to test them all to avoid any inconsistent
behavior.
