David Soria Parra	d6a9a2bcaa	lfs: implement remotefilelog prefetch ... When calling prefetch in remotefilelog, also prefetch lfs files. We are using the same hook mechanism that remotefilelog is already using for LFS by having remotefilelog call into LFS.
