a95ef2baa9 config: use 'experimental.evolution.create-markers'
Extract 'experimental.evolution' = createmarkers as
'experimental.evolution.createmarkers'.

We keep the new option in the 'experimental.evolution' namespace in order to
stay coherent with other options ('experimental.evolution.bundle-obsmarker'
and 'experimental.evolution.track-operation') ease the renaming as possibly
'evolution.createmarkers'.

b9e9255ab9 tests: use pdiff instead of diff for portability
"diff" command might cause redundant message, "No differences
encountered" on Solaris for example. But suppressing option like "-q"
isn't portable, because POSIX specification doesn't define it.

pdiff script was introduced by f4cba8b2e7b4 to stabilize output of
standard diff command on each platforms.

b989852f8f debugobsolete: also report the number of obsoleted changesets
This seems useful to have the number of obsoleted changesets when calling
debugobsolete.

74dcd06928 hidden: drop the hidden cache logic
The improvement in time complexitty and the speed-up in computation is large
enough that the has little use now. Its update time can even gets in the way. So
we drop it.

This will allow us to unify the static/dynamic blockers logic in the next
changeset.

588625cce7 test-cache-abuse: correct for different hunk headers between Solaris and GNU
When diffing against an empty file, Solaris diff uses 1 to designate the
first line of the empty file (either -1,0 on the left or +1,0 on the right)
while GNU diff uses 0 (-0,0 and +0,0). We use a glob here to make sure the
test passes with either toolchain.

I've not added tests to check-code because there are scads of places in the
tests where the GNU format is used due to that being the format that "hg
diff" and "hg export" use, and changing those to use globs seems wrong.

9cda77e1b1 tests: test a variety of cache invariants
We've historically had a problem maintaining the expected invariants
on our caches, especially when introducing new caches. This tests
documents the invariants and exercises them across most of our
existing cache files.
