Augie Fackler	33ac9e86f5	Makefile: drop support for Mercurial older than 1.7 ... 1.7 is now over 3 years old, so this shouldn't matter to anyone. 1.7 is also the first version of run-tests that understands .t files, so now we can unify all tests.	2014-02-18 16:47:52 -05:00
