Summary:
Add case expressions to the templating language that allow selection of a value based on
a single determinator. The expression `case(expr, case1, then1, case2, then2, else)`
will expand to `then1` if `expr` matches `case1`, etc. If it matches none of the cases
then it expands to `else`.
This can be used to simplify long `ifeq` chains in templates.

Formats a subset of opted-in Python files in fbsource.
Black formatting was applied first, which is guaranteed
safe as the AST will not have changed during formatting.
Pyfmt was then run, which also includes import sorting.
The changes from isort were manually reviewed, and
some potentially dangerous changes were reverted,
and the directive was added to those
files. A final run of pyfmt shows no more changes to
be applied.

The 'diff()' template needs to be able to output non-utf8 patches.
To enable this, let's change the templater to output bytes instead of strings.
Note, the templater supports json output, which requires utf8 encoded values. In
that situation we escape any non-utf8 binary and clients would have to be aware
and unescape them.

I dropped the special case of wdir handling. With the hope that we will handle
the virtual commits differently eventually (ex. drop special cases, insert real

This makes it possible to resolve remotenames without enabling the remotenames
extension.
The config check `if repo.ui.configbool("remotenames", "bookmarks")` is dropped
intentionally as we only use remotenames for bookmarks, not named branches.
Since this only enables resolving more names, without disabling or changing
other features, and the remotename namespace priority is lower than local
bookmarks (ex. if a local `master` exists, then `master` will be using the
local bookmark, not the hoisted remote name), it should not cause breaking
changes.

This diff marks **ALL** mercurial tests requiring Python 2 feature.
After you fixes some tests, simply remove the `py2` feature requirement and that tests will be continuously run after your diff is landed.
To bypass this feature requirement, run the tests command with `HGTEST_FORCE_PY2=1`. For example:

HGTEST_FORCE_PY2=1 buck test //eden/scm/tests:hg_run_tests
```
or
```
HGTEST_FORCE_PY2=1 python run-tests.py
```
