Mateusz Kwapich	37be91c51b	add an experimental placeholder mode to lfs ... Summary: The placeholder mode is meant to be used when talking to LFS server is not available in given environment. It allows the user to work in degraded mode where all of the LFS files are replaced with placeholders informing about their original sizes and hashes.
