Some environments configure a separate certificate store, and SSL connections
can fail if the wrong store is auto-discovered or no store exists.
This makes the client tied to the specific certificates used, so update the
client cache to key on the ca_certs value passed in.

Summary:
Update the phabstatus code to peek ahead at revisions to be logged by
`hg log` and `hg log --graph` and query phabricator for multiple revisions at
once, rather than having to query them one at a time.
Previously it had special integration with the smartlog where it could do this
for smartlog, but not for the normal "hg log" command.
Wrapping the revset iterator this way feels somewhat hacky, but this seems like
the best way to achieve the desired results without upstream changes. (In an
ideal world we would perhaps update the log code to process things in an
asynchronous fashion, to better support templates that may take a non-trivial
amount time to render. Ideally the revset query would be processed in parallel
with template rendering.)
Test Plan:
Confirmed existing tests still pass, and manually tested various combinations
of `hg log`, `hg log --graph` and `hg smartlog`

Refactor the showsyncstatus function to clean up the code a little bit.
- Don't bother to call populateresponseforphab() if the current commit does not
contain a differential revision ID.
- Only call getdiffstatus() once instead of 4 times. getdiffstatus() does
cache the result instead of hitting phabricator each time, but it is still
better to just re-use the return value ourselves instead of hitting the
memoization code.
- Refactor the error handling to avoid having deeply nested conditional blocks.
Test Plan: Confirmed existing tests still pass, and manually tested using the template.

Summary:
Previously phabstatus.extsetup() would throw an exception if the smartlog
extension was not in use and already loaded.
This fixes the code to use extensions.afterloaded() to ensure that we try to
wrap smartlog functions only after smartlog is loaded. It also handles the
lookup error if smartlog is not in use at all.
Test Plan: Included a new unit test.

If the user does not have necesary credentials defined in their arc
configuration, catch the KeyError and convert it into an ArcConfigError.
The existing call sites in the phabstatus and arcdiff extensions catch and
handle ArcConfigError, but not generic KeyErrors.
This also fixes the phabstatus warning messages to end with a newline.

Summary:
Many of the template keywords in our extensions were being registered
incorrectly, causing their help output to be rendered incorrectly in the
"hg help templates" output. The ones in smartlog.py were particularly bad, as
most of them showed only their description, without displaying the name of the
template. In smartlog.py only singlepublicsuccessor was being displayed
correctly, because it's docstring explicitly included it's own name at the
start.
This fixes all of our extensions to consistently use the
registrar.templatekeyword() decorator to register the keywords. This decorator
automatically prefixes the help message with the keyword name. The
mercurial/extensions.py code will explicitly check to see if an extension
contains an "templatekeyword" attribute, and if so it will register any
keywords contained in this registry after calling extsetup().
Test Plan:
Added new unit tests to check the output of "hg help templates" for the
affected keywords.

"changeset" is a more official term and let's use it. Note that this patch
only changes documentation / i18n messages visible to the users and header
comment blocks to developers. Other places like comments in the code are
untouched.
With the "dialect" extension enabled, users will still see the more friendly
term - "commit".
Test Plan:
`arc unit`. Note the remotefilelog failure is probably unrelated - seems
related to ongoing / upcoming manifest refactoring upstream.
