effa0da8de test-helpers: add a helper to run test using chg
Summary:
The helper could be used in individual tests to enable chg if chg exists.
This allows us to have more precise control on what tests to use chg instead
of using a global flag in run-tests.py.

This makes certain tests containing many hg commands much faster. For example,
`test-revset.t` took 99 seconds before:

  % ./run-tests.py test-revset.t --time
  .
  # Ran 1 tests, 0 skipped, 0 failed.
  # Producing time report
  start end cuser csys real Test
    0.000  99.990  86.410  12.000  99.990   test-revset.t

And 10 seconds after:

  % ./run-tests.py test-revset.t --time
  .
  # Ran 1 tests, 0 skipped, 0 failed.
  # Producing time report
  start end cuser csys real Test
    0.000  10.080   0.380   0.130  10.080   test-revset.t

Also enable it for some other tests. Note the whitelist is not complete. We
probably want to whitelist more tests in the future.

The feature could be opted out by deleting `contrib/chg/chg`.

ccf61891e6 mq: generate patch names from first line of description
Avoid the pointless numeric rev.diff patch names.

Instead, do like mbox extension does and create meaningful patch names.

fa1c4e5ebe tests: add missing trailing 'cd ..'
Many tests didn't change back from subdirectories at the end of the tests ...
and they don't have to. The missing 'cd ..' could always be added when another
test case is added to the test file.

This change do that tests (99.5%) consistently end up in $TESTDIR where they
started, thus making it simpler to extend them or move them around.

5fbc4a50f1 localrepo: reuse parent manifest in commitctx if no files have changed
This speeds up the in-memory version of debugbuilddag that I'm
working on considerably for the case where we want to build just
a 00changelog.i (for discovery tests, for instance).

There are a couple of test changes because node ids in tests
have changed.

The changes to the patch names in test-mq-qdelete.t were required
because they could collide with nodeid abbreviations and newly
actually do (patch "c" collides with id "cafe..." for patch "b").

7b3f2de931 mq: prevent traceback when qfinish patches not in series.
When mq status entry referencing a patches that is not in series `hg qfinish
-a` used to issue a traceback. This states is inconsistent but might happen
regularly when people misuse hg up -mq.

This changeset prevent hg from crashing. The faulty entry is finished anyway and
a warning is issued.

cf9291fa61 mq: silence spurious output.
When using a versioned patch repository, you would get a spurious
warning when deleting and adding the same patch.

Before:

  $ hg qdelete --keep 3.diff
  $ hg qimport --existing 3.diff
  adding 3.diff to series file
  3.diff already tracked!

After:

  $ hg qdelete --keep 3.diff
  $ hg qimport --existing 3.diff
  adding 3.diff to series file
