ad813edcbd treemanifest: enable treemanifest by default in tests
Summary:
Now that all our repos are treemanifest, let's enable the extension by
default in tests. Once we're certain no one needs it in production we'll also
make it the default in core Mercurial.

This diff includes a minor fix in treemanifest to be aware of always-enabled
extensions. It won't matter until we actually add treemanifest to the list of
default enabled extensions, but I caught this while testing things.

66d79c86c8 pull: remove postincoming advice
Summary:
The postincoming checks prints out advice of the following forms:

* `(run 'hg heads' to see heads)`
* `(run 'hg heads' to see heads, 'hg merge' to merge)`
* `(run 'hg heads .' to see heads, 'hg merge' to merge)`
* `(run 'hg update' to get a working copy)`

This advice is no longer useful, so remove it.

88239b04fb debuglock: also report infinitepushbackup and prefetch locks
Summary:
To be able to investigate problems with dangling lock files "infinitepushbackup" and "prefetch".
   - "infinitepushbackup", file "infinitepushbackup.lock" in repo.sharedvfs
   - "prefetchlock", file "prefetchlock" in repo.svfs

Also some small fixes around.
  - Crate "undolog" directory if it doesn't exist.
  - `report` function was restructed. Now if lock checking method is not passed
lock will be checked with `lockmod.lock`.

Move the strip extension to core. Rename the command to `hg debugstrip` as it

24653e5e32 hg: add develwarn for bundle1 format
Summary:
We want to deprecate the bundlev1 format, so let's start by adding a
develwarn. Later diffs will update the tests to not use v1, then remove v1 as a
supported outgoing bundle entirely.

effa0da8de test-helpers: add a helper to run test using chg
Summary:
The helper could be used in individual tests to enable chg if chg exists.
This allows us to have more precise control on what tests to use chg instead
of using a global flag in run-tests.py.

This makes certain tests containing many hg commands much faster. For example,
`test-revset.t` took 99 seconds before:

  % ./run-tests.py test-revset.t --time
  .
  # Ran 1 tests, 0 skipped, 0 failed.
  # Producing time report
start end cuser csys real Test
    0.000 99.990 86.410 12.000 99.990 test-revset.t

And 10 seconds after:

  % ./run-tests.py test-revset.t --time
  .
  # Ran 1 tests, 0 skipped, 0 failed.
  # Producing time report
start end cuser csys real Test
    0.000 10.080 0.380 0.130 10.080 test-revset.t

Also enable it for some other tests. Note the whitelist is not complete. We
probably want to whitelist more tests in the future.

The feature could be opted out by deleting `contrib/chg/chg`.

9efc7f05e3 transaction-summary: show the range of new revisions upon pull/unbundle (BC)
Upon pull or unbundle, we display a message with the range of new revisions
fetched. This revision range could readily be used after a pull to look out
what's new with 'hg log'. The algorithm takes care of filtering "obsolete"
revisions that might be present in transaction's "changes" but should not be
displayed to the end user.

509744ddfc ssh: unban the use of pipe character in user@host:port string
This vulnerability was fixed by the previous patch and there were more ways
to exploit than using '|shellcmd'. So it doesn't make sense to reject only
pipe character.

Test cases are updated to actually try to exploit the bug. As the SSH bridge
of git/svn subrepos are not managed by our code, the tests for non-hg subrepos
are just removed.

This may be folded into the original patches.

938c5644af tests: merge 'test-push-hook-lock.t' into 'test-push.t'
That test file is very small and is merge with the new 'test-push.t'. No logic
is changed.

We don't register this as a copy because is actually a "ypoc" merging two file
together without replacing the destination and Mercurial cannot express that.

7cb95b138e test: rename 'test-push-r.t' to 'test-push.t'
We do not have a simple test for 'hg push' but we have multiple tiny tests for
various aspect of it. We'll unify them into a single file, and we start with
'test-push-r.t'. The code is unchanged but we renamed the repository used to
avoid collision with other tests we'll import in coming changesets.

Test timing for the record:
