Thomas Orozco 01f51a92b3 edenapi: check server status codes 
Summary:
This updates the edenapi fetch mechanism to check status codes from the server.
If the server responds with an error, we propagate the error up to the caller.
This is equivalent to what we would do if e.g. the server had just crashed.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
