Adam Simpkins 02664c185f add more unit tests for checkout ... Summary: Replace the one very basic checkout unit test with several tests that more thoroughly test file modification changes. More tests for directory changes and file type changes still need to be added, but this is a first step for now. I will continue adding more tests in upcoming diffs.
