Boris Feld 0949aa4c6f changegroup: stop returning and recording added nodes in 'cg.apply' 
cg.apply used to returns the added nodes. Callers doesn't have a use for it
anymore, remove the added node and stops recording it in the current
operation.

This information was added in the current release cycle so no extensions
breakage should happens.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing:

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
