Summary: Rework the bookmarks traits: * Split out log functions into a separate `BookmarkUpdateLog` trait. The cache doesn't care about these methods. * Simplify `list` down to a single method with appropriate filtering parameters. We want to add more filtering types, and adding more methods for each possible combination will be messier. * The `Bookmarks` and `BookmarkUpdateLog` traits become `attributes` on `BlobRepo`, rather than being a named member. Reorganise the bookmarks crate to separate out the bookmarks log and transactions into their own modules.
