Mark Thomas 0cc0028d21 run-tests: don't disable linewrapping if there is nothing to output 
Summary:
The tests for run-tests expect there to be no linewrapping control characters
output when there are no progress lines to print.  Make sure they only get
printed if there are lines to print.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
