Saurabh Singh f7c02136cd memcommit: introduce the data model ... Summary: We are working on a `memcommit` extension to provide a command for making commits without a working copy. This is required for implementing the ScmWrite Commit API i.e. https://fb.quip.com/u5WJAx6i59Kl. The plan is that ScmWrite service will use this command to create the commits in the repository. This commit just introduces the data model for the memcommit.
