Pierre-Yves David 130814d6f5 bundle2: make sure standard stream are binary
Python on Windows apparently use encoded stream by default. We use the same
trick than elsewhere in the code to make them binary.

This should fix the current buildbot failure on windows.

Mercurial

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing:

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
