Jun Wu de88d7234c tests: enable segmented changelog for new repos by default ... Summary: Make progress migrating repos to EagerRepo format. Some tests that require the revlog changelog are explicitly marked. In the future they might be changed to use EagerRepo + doublewrite changelog backend, or use hg-server instead of hg's main executable. A test exposes issues with octopus merges when using old protocol (bundle2) with new commit graph storage. This has been fixed.
