Xavier Deguillard 176e57b6d0 remotefilelog: do not error when the repack lock is already held 
Summary:
Instead of falling back to python, we should just skip the current repack. The
python code already does this, but the rust one will report the error to the
user (and scuba).

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
