Boris Feld 183e19c0fb effectflag: detect when meta changed 
Store in effect flag when the meta changed between the predecessor and its
successors. We blacklisted some known meta that would always changed when
another flag change. For example rebase would always add a meta rebase-source
while the effect flag parents will already detect this situation.

It can happens with various hg commands.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
