Jun Wu 19cda85a3a debugshell: enable it by default 
Summary:
It's pretty handy. The implementation is simple and clean. So move it from
contrib and enable it by default. "import"s are adjusted to make the module
checker happy.

Security and UX wise, since we have `--debugger` already, adding another
REPL seems fine.

Test Plan: Ran all tests

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
