John Elliott 840cf92c65 Rename HgImporter remaining artifacts for improved clarity ... Summary: After removing HgImporter there are still a few places where the name persists. Let's fix that. Renaming the thread pool factory to SaplingRetryThreadFactory and the thread pool member to retryThreadPool_. Also updated some docs to reflect and converted from Mercurial to Sapling.
