Adam Simpkins 1a263466c6 remove the unused sparsematchfn dirstate parameter ... Summary: This parameter was originally removed in D12811551, but re-added in D12855935 due to the fact that at the time the `eden_dirstate.py` and `dirstate.py` files were deployed in separate RPMs and could not be updated together atomically. We now deploy these files together, so we can drop this extra unnecessary argument.
