Adam Simpkins b8a16e9652 add a StartupLogger helper class ... Summary: This adds a small helper class for printing startup status messages to the user, and for signaling startup status over a pipe. This will make it possible in a future diff for edenfs to daemonize, but still communicate messages back to the parent process to report what it is doing until it finishes the start-up steps.
