Summary: Bypass truncation-based transaction if narrow-heads is on. The transaction abort still works logically because commit references stay unchanged on abort. Related EdenFS and Mononoke tests are updated. Mononoke tests probably shouldn't rely on revlog / fncache implementation details in hg.
