Adam Simpkins 2370602802 py3: re-enable demandimport ... Summary: D19539064 disabled demandimport when using Python 3 as a precaution while we were initially working on Python 3 support. However, it appears to work correctly and does not seem to cause obvious problems when enabled. This re-enables demand import by default. It can be explicitly disabled at runtime by specifying `HGDEMANDIMPORT=disable` in the environment.
