Jun Wu 2cd81d66ce tests: remove i18n related tests 
Summary:
The direct motivation is the recent `ui` prefix change made `abort:`
untranslated.

The i18n translations are unmaintained. As we move more logic to Rust, things
would be worse.

I18n tests does not seem to provide much value. Therefore just remove them.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
