Katie Mancini 2d6fd038e9 Make TreeInode::prefetch metadata prefetching aware ... Summary: Readdir tries to be smart and prefetch the metadata for each of the children. But this uses the old path to read metadata for files which can cause eden to download the blob. When metadata prefetching is turned on in the backing store it is better to leave this to metadata prefetching to the backing store.
