Adam Simpkins 2d7949f46d update hg_import_helper.py startup behavior to more closely match hg ... Summary: Update hg_import_helper.py to parse the repository's .hg/hgrc file, but then create the repository object with a fresh UI object that has not parsed that config yet. This more closely mimic's the behavior of mercurial's dispatch code invoked when starting the `hg` command line. This behavior is required to ensure that secondary repository objects that get created end up with the correct configuration, and do not have settings from the original repository's hgrc file. The mercurial behavior of parsing the original repository's hgrc file twice dates back to rHG741f64dfc04d1.
