Stefan Filip 3044a0d869 manifest: add finalize method 
Summary:
The plan is to have finalize do the complicated history managing stuff and
have flush be a light weight content only hashing approach to storage.
Flush will be used in tests in the short term.
Finalize would be used in Python to write to Revlogs and handle linknodes.

(Note: this ignores all push blocking failures!)

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
