Chad Austin 8bf6a06bfa fail with a more sensible error if a SNAPSHOT file is missing ... Summary: If a checkout's SNAPSHOT file disappeared, the mount error given would be that a Hash had an invalid size. Instead, throw a file not found error on mount.
