Mark Thomas 38930fd664 pullcreatemarkers: also create synthentic mutation entries and update visibility 
Summary:
The pullcreatemarkers extension creates fake markers for landed commits by comparing
the differential revision of draft commits with those of landed commits.

In the future, mutation records will handle lands correctly, however until that stage,
replicate the pullcreatemarkers behaviour.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
