Jun Wu 38bf97ab62 directaccess: avoid false positive detection of revnum usage 
Summary:
Similar to the previous diff, opt out the revnum detection for the `repo.revs`
call used internally by directaccess to calculate revs.

Change smartlog to disable the revnum detection for its internal calculation.
Carefully choose the scope so `smartlog(1+2)` will still be warned.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
