Sean Farley 3c22b1037d convert: compare tags from all heads instead of just one
Previously, the hg sink for puttags would just use one head for getting the old
tags which would sometimes lead to tags disappearing. Now, we iterate over all
heads and merge the results.

Mercurial

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing:

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
