Chad Austin beb98e0f07 stop pretending to populate the bind mounts field in the takeover protocol ... Summary: It's been a long time since EdenFS has managed bind mounts in the daemon. We no longer need to populate the bindmounts field in the takeover protocol. This is a small simplification for later changes.
