Durham Goode 42344a282f treemanifest: fix fncache integration ... Summary: Future tests showed that backfilltree was not populating the fncache, which meant the files were not streamed during a clone or read during a repack. This fixes this by using the actual repo store (which handles fncache serialization) instead of a creating a new store.
