Summary:
RepoError prints `!` at the end of `abort:`. This maintains the old behavior
and should fix test breakages like:
$ hg clone 'ssh://fakehost|touch%20owned/path'
destination directory: path
- abort: no suitable response from remote hg!
+ abort: no suitable response from remote hg
[255]
