Stefan Filip 451d6758ec edenapi: add segmented changelog clone endpoints ... Summary: Transfers iddag flat segments along with the head_id that should be use to rebuild a full fledged IdDag. It also transfers idmap details. In the current version it only transfers universal commit mappings.
