Jun Wu 4bf5817dad dag: always merge adjacent spans in SpanSet 
Summary:
Previously, `SpanSet::from_sorted_spans` allows having adjacent spans like
`[1..=2, 3..=4]`, while `SpanSet::from_spans` would merge them into `[1..=4]`.
Change it so `SpanSet::from_sorted_spans` merges them too.  This simplifies
the `contains` logic and could make some Sets more efficient.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
