Durham Goode 50392ae4cf hg: fix linknodes in new trees 
Summary:
Previously we were just putting nullid as the linknode in client side
trees, because when the trees were added the changelog hadn't been written yet,
so we didn't know the linknode. This diff updates manifestlog.add to pass
linkrevs to mutablehistorypack, which get resolved at serialization time into
the appropriate linknode.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install::

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing::

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
