Adam Simpkins 516539a9d4 re-enable treemanifest import by default ... Summary: Change the default value for --use_hg_tree_manifest to true, to re-enable treemanifest import by default. This should work much better now that we are using the latest treemanifest code and now support fetching treemanifest data from the remote server when it is not found locally.
